Links for your Monday

Today is my birthday. And today I'm feeling a bit more scattered than usual; maybe a result of all of the conflicting feelings that come along with birthdays and maybe a result of the unfinished shopping and shipping that needs to be completed very, very soon.

Instead if fighting these scattered feelings into submission, I'm just allowing them to live at will today; I'm going with it...so, today, I've got some links for you, starting with this one:



Every year of my birthday, I start my day with a series of sun salutations in the number of years of my age (33 this year)...After we watched this documentary on the Rolling Stones last week, my motivation for doing this shifted slightly. Now I'm hoping if I keep this tradition up, I'll be able to move like Mick Jagger when I'm 70. Seriously...
